1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GravityGrid (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
GravityGrid is a puzzle game application available for iOS devices. The App provides entertainment through various game modes.
3. User Account
The App may integrate with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple’s terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers the following in-app purchase:
- Remove Ads – A one-time purchase that permanently removes all advertisements from the app
All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. This is a non-consumable purchase, meaning you only need to buy it once and it will be available on all your devices signed into the same Apple ID. You can restore your purchase at any time through the app settings.
All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify or create derivative works based on the App
- Use cheats, exploits, or automation software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share or distribute the App through unauthorized channels
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, sounds, and code, is the property of Daniël Houben or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the App without prior written permission.
7. Game Center & Leaderboards
If you participate in leaderboards or competitive features, you agree to:
- Play fairly without using cheats or exploits
- Not manipulate scores or rankings
- Respect other players
We reserve the right to remove scores or ban users who violate these guidelines.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time
- Change game mechanics, features, or content
- Update pricing for in-app purchases
- Terminate services with reasonable notice
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
